Stephen is delighted to represent the Framlingham division.
What a year we have had facing the challenges of a global pandemic and it’s not over yet. That’s why it is more important than ever to have an effective, reliable and focussed approach to ensuring the right service is delivered at the right time.
Stephen has a good working knowledge and solid experience in local politics, having served on Suffolk County Council since 2013 and becoming Chairman in 2017. He is also an elected member of East Suffolk Council where he has cabinet responsibility.
Stephen knows local government faces both challenges and opportunities but feel that it is in our best interests to work together for the good of our communities and at the same time help communities to develop and grow. While also fully recognising the importance of change, Stephen also recognises the need to protect our rural heritage and the countryside in which we live, putting Suffolk first.
